Parish Hall refurbishment

Please note that the hall will be undergoing refurbishment and redecorating works during 2023. For further details please contact the booking secretary.

 

Milton Damerel Parish Hall is available for hire for public & private functions and group activities.

​

The Hall offers a hall/function room with stage, a skittle alley, a well-equipped kitchen and adjacent car parking. The hall and skittle alley may be hired together or separately - both options include use of the kitchen facilities and toilets within the terms of the hire.

​

Scale of charges

Main Hall  -  £10 per hour (includes use of Skittle Alley for additional space and use of kitchen for teas and coffees only).

​

Skittle Alley - £15 for up to 4 hours (includes skittle equipment and use of kitchen for teas and coffees only).

​

Optional extras:

     Skittle equipment:

          £10 for the duration of the hall hire period.

     Table-Tennis equipment:

          Competition-standard table £10 per hour

          Balls and two bats £2 per hour

          (The table will be set up and put away by hall staff outside of the hire period, so just come along and play!)

​

Charity Rate - £10 for up to 4 hours (includes use of kitchen for teas and coffees only) – must be fund raising for a registered charity and arranged by someone living locally.

 

Small Function Rate - £70 hire for up to 8 hours (includes use of Skittle Alley for additional space and full use of kitchen).

 

Large Function Rate - £150 hire for 24 hours from 12pm day of event, for set up and decoration and hire until 12pm on day following to allow for clean-up (includes use of Skittle Alley for additional space and full use of kitchen).

  

The hire time must include setting up and clearing up time.
